Samsung Galaxy S8 Active compare S8 Plus
The Korean electronics giant Samsung is currently preparing to introduce the rugged version of its current flagship Galaxy S8 smartphone. Also, the front camera offers an 8 megapixels sensor with F/1.7 aperture. Unlike most other smartphones, the front camera of the S8 Active also has a built-in autofocus.

In connectivity option, it has Bluetooth 5, Gigabit WLAN, NFC and there is also MST support. This new device runs on Android 7.0. A total of 4000mAh battery should hold the power storage of the device. Which is bigger than the Samsung S8 or S8 Plus. The device has a housing made of metal and plastic, which according to IP68 is largely water-tight and is also certified according to the US military standard 810G as shock-resistant. 

The corners are rounded like in the normal Galaxy S8 and there is again a cover from Gorilla Glass 5, which is to protect the display against scratches. But the screen is completely flat for reasons of resilience, Samsung does not bend the edges of the display backward.
