Jio 4G Laptop

Jio launched their 4G service in September last year. After that Jio introduced some devices like LYF smartphone, Jio WiFi, JioLink. There is also an another rumors since the last December that Jio will launch a feature phone with Jio 4G VoLTE support within Rs 1499. We also shared some live images of Jio Set Top Box which proves that Jio will enter the DTH service very soon.

Today new rumors surface on the internet that claimed Jio is working on their new product Jio 4G laptop. As per the report, Jio 4G laptop is actually manufactured by Foxconn for Infocus company like the Jio LYF smartphone launched by rebranding a chines smartphone. The main highlighting feature of the device is it came with the Jio 4G sim support with a dedicated 4G SIM slot. The Jio 4G laptop looks like MacBook clone.

  • Intel Pentium quad-core processor.
  • 13.3-inch Full HD display.
  • 4GB of RAM along with 64GB of eMMC storage and 128GB of SSD storage.
  • HD camera for video calls.
  • 4G SIM slot, Bluetooth 4.0, 2 USB 3.0 ports, Micro HDMI port, a Micro SD card slot.
  • Thickness 12.2mm and weighs 1.2kg

There is no information about the preinstalled OS, It may be Windows 10 or Google's Chrome OS. If it comes with the Windows 10 OS then Jio is definitely working on the Jio 4G suite which supports Windows OS. On the other hand, Chrome OS is also a good option for this Jio 4G laptop that already supports Android app. The report did not revel its price but it indicates that the Jio 4G laptop may be expensive. The company may minimize its specification to make the laptop even more affordable
