OnePlus stopped OTA update of OxygenOS 4.5.7 because It had some gaming stutter issue reported by users. So, OnePlus roll out new OxygenOS 4.5.8. The previous version OxygenOS 4.5.7, was released on 1st August.
This new software update contains new OnePlus Slate font, Android security patch level to 1st July 2017, Added EIS for 4k video recording, major bug fixed which was fixed with OxygenOS 4.5.7. In addition, Oxygen OS 4.5.8 fixed the gaming stutters issue and fixed battery drain for Jio users for Indian users. New update size is only 49MB.

As always, this OTA will be incremental. The OTA will reach a small percentage of users today and broader rollout will begin in a few days. So, it'll take some time to hit your OnePlus 5. Although, you can check it manually by going About Phone section under setting or use VPN to download/receive OxygenOS 4.5.8 OTA update.
